Data Storage

• User prompts and outputs are transmitted to and stored on our servers for model improvement and performance enhancement. This data is anonymized.

• Generated outputs (mod files) are primarily stored locally on your device. Relevant file content may be temporarily transmitted to our servers for processing based on your specific requests, but these files are not permanently stored after the operation.

• Anonymous crash reports generated offline are stored locally and transmitted to our servers with your explicit permission upon reconnection.

Data Sharing and Processing

• Third-party Service Providers

If you choose to share your generated mods or plug-ins publicly through our platform (if such a feature exists), then the associated data (e.g., mod code, descriptions) can be visible to other users. Your public projects can also be remixed and used as a starting point for other projects (if this feature is offered). Private projects are not remixable, and their code and prompts are not visible to other users.

Other users cannot view your private content and projects unless you choose to make them publicly available through our platform's sharing and collaboration features.

Liability Protections

Our platform and Application include technical measures to protect the privacy and security of user content.3 However, we cannot be held liable for any issues that may arise from users deliberately circumventing our platform or Application limitations or protections to access private content.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for any activities that occur under their4 account, whether or not authorized by the user.
